His vision is to bring a level of excellence to all projects and organizations that he is involved in and he leads with values-based decision making.

AMANDA SAURIN

Chief Executive Officer

Amanda has spent the last 20 years optimizing businesses by developing their talent. Her expertise has helped organizations overcome complex challenges by leveraging their most valuable asset, their people.  Prior to coming to SGI, she split her career between the private sector, consulting, and her independent executive coaching practice.  She has also served on the board of advisors for other Human Capital Consulting firms.

With over 20 years experience helping global organizations maximize business and leadership performance, Mark delivers clients perspective in L&D strategy, optimization and alignment. As an experienced executive coach himself, Mark has an expert lens for helping clients identify otherwise unseen opportunities in developing inspiring macro vision balanced with practical micro sensibility.

SUE REYNOLDS FROST

Vice President, Client Experience / Senior Consultant

Sue Reynolds-Frost  brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development, program design and coaching to SGI. Sue has coached thousands of leaders in a variety of industries and higher education to increase their level of impact through improving their executive presence and influence. As a result of her coaching and facilitation experiences, she co-authored the book Deliberate Mindset: How Thinking Differently Can Help You Succeed In High-Stakes Presentations And Conversations.

JOSEPH WYCOFF

Vice President, Operations

Joseph Wycoff has a background of over 30 years in administration and office services. In addition to guiding operations, strategy, and digital security, his role is often to serve as the virtual “concierge” for SGI, providing a diverse array of information and assistance to those who need it. He believes that ethics, authenticity, and good humor are essential to meaningful communication.

MELANIE ESPLIN

Finance Manager

Melanie Esplin has worked with SGI since 2009. Her financial  experience ranges from tax preparation to financial management to executive directorship, for-profit and not-for-profit, in both the USA and New Zealand. She is known for quick wit, fast talk, and a gift for making friends with all things numbers.

MONICA GARWOOD

Client Relations Manager

Monica Garwood brings over 20 years of experience in communication and project management to SGI. Monica has a track record of success in developing communications, overseeing processes and coordinating programs in support of business goals. She is an organized multi-tasker known for her persistent approach and thorough follow-through. Monica is inspired by the influential psychologist, Carl Jung and his quote, "Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
