RUCHIR PATEL

Ruchir has successfully overseen the growth and development of organizations in various industries, incorporating comprehensive strategies to maximize their potential. He is an innovative leader who has an eye for detail and works proactively to ensure success. His vision is to bring a level of excellence to all projects and organizations that he is involved in and he leads with values-based decision making.

KATHY HAMBURGER

Managing Director

Kathy has had numerous senior leadership roles throughout her career including CEO of two companies and navigating through several acquisitions. She excels at people management and leading teams to achieve outstanding revenue growth and results.

KARLIN SLOAN

Founder, CEO Emerita

The founder and former CEO of Sloan Group International, Karlin launched a small consultancy based in New York City, and grew it into a global enterprise with practitioners on five continents. Ms. Sloan is a pioneer in the field of leadership development, as well as an author and speaker. In 2014 she was awarded the "Thought Leader of Distinction Award" by the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.

MARK DARREN GREGOR

With over 20 years experience helping global organizations maximize business and leadership performance, Mark delivers clients perspective in L&D strategy, optimization and alignment. As an experienced executive coach himself, Mark has an expert lens for helping clients identify otherwise unseen opportunities in developing inspiring macro vision balanced with practical micro sensibility.

SUE REYNOLDS FROST

Vice President, Client Experience / Senior Consultant

Sue Reynolds-Frost  brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development, program design and coaching to SGI. Sue has coached thousands of leaders in a variety of industries and higher education to increase their level of impact through improving their executive presence and influence. As a result of her coaching and facilitation experiences, she co-authored the book Deliberate Mindset: How Thinking Differently Can Help You Succeed In High-Stakes Presentations And Conversations.

JAY BECKLEY

Vice President, Client Development

Jay holds BS and MA degrees in Communications. He’s been a National Director at Playboy Enterprises and an award-winning Vice-President at Yahoo! during the company’s heyday. Jay spent his corporate career coaching individuals, leading teams to succeed, and strategizing with senior executives at the world’s best-known brands.

 

Jay has a clear, direct and supportive style, and a talent for identifying and developing strengths in others. He excels in situation specific strategy and planning. Jay loves setting a vision and helping people and teams achieve more than they believed possible.

MELANIE ESPLIN

Finance Manager

Melanie Esplin has worked with SGI since 2009. Her financial  experience ranges from tax preparation to financial management to executive directorship, for-profit and not-for-profit, in both the USA and New Zealand. She is known for quick wit, fast talk, and a gift for making friends with all things numbers.

JOSEPH WYCOFF

Communications Liaison

Joseph Wycoff is the Communications Liaison for Sloan Group International. He serves as a bridge between coaches and clients, helping to facilitate good communication and workflow for SGI and the companies we serve. Joseph is inspired by a belief that ethics, good humor, and authenticity are essential to good communication. Joseph has a background of over 30 years in administration and office services, much of it while working for PPM America, Inc. in Chicago. His role there – much like his current role at SGI – was to serve as the virtual “concierge” for the company, providing a diverse array of information and assistance.
