Senior Consultant

Having spent 30 years as an HR executive at various corporates, Lou fully understands the needs of Sloan Group International’s clients. As one of our senior consultants in the USA, he is mainly involved in client management and business development, although does still do some coaching.

Lou freely admits that his life has been defined by two major events. Firstly, he was the SVP of a firm that lost 295 staff members on 9/11.  As for many, the experience led to him wanting to live a more meaningful life. He went back to school and was one of the first cohort of graduates from Columbia’s coaching program. There he met our founder, Karlin Sloan, and began his coaching career.

The second event was a major heart attack which doubled down his resolve to live life to the fullest – a lesson he loves sharing with clients as he works with them to develop their own inspiring vision!
Today, between following his passion for travel and spending time with loved ones, Lou works with our clients to help them build collaborative relationships, lead high performing teams, and achieve their business objectives.
