We approached this Resilience Project carefully, as it was an enterprise-wide program in a large matrixes organization that had just lost a great deal of money, clients, and talent. The division went from the lowest employee engagement in the bank to the highest, key executives and clients were retained, and the culture was transformed. We loved working with this client, and continue to work together ten years on.
