Leadership Accelerator is a group leadership development program comprised of assessment, group facilitation, individual coaching, and practice “pitch” presentations to senior management. A team investment in progression, this program prepares high-potential managers and senior leaders in line for succession for enterprise-level leadership. Accelerator programs can be customized to 3 months, 6 months, or a full year depending on the organization's needs.

This program will explore various Strategic Thinking models to engage participants in a deep understanding of what Strategic Thinking looks like; and will then build off of that understanding to provide experiential practice in taking their strategic thinking capabilities to the next level.
