Developing your leaders’ ability to think strategically has far reaching impact, from individual and team performance implications, to much wider and longer term impact to an organization's vision and bottom-line performance. This program will explore various Strategic Thinking models to engage participants in a deep understanding of what Strategic Thinking looks like; and will then build off of that understanding to provide experiential practice in taking their strategic thinking capabilities to the next level.

IT LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR

Grow Your Leadership and Management Capabilities for Information Technology Professionals

The IT Leadership Accelerator is a customizable leadership development program comprised of a unique assessment, group facilitation, coaching, and group project “pitch” presentations to senior management.  Designed to help leaders prepare for progression and success, this program prepares high potential managers and senior leaders in line for succession for enterprise-level leadership.  Programs can be for 3 months, 6 months, or full year timeframes depending upon the organizational context and needs.
