Terri Altschul

Terri is a creative and passionate practitioner of building organizational capability through organizational, leadership, and talent development programs.  She has worked across all of talent management including leadership and executive development, performance management, learning and development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
 
With more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience, Terri designs and implements large scale change programs.  She is a strategic business partner to leaders in the Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Energy and Gas, and Not-for-Profit industries and has solid track record of successfully leading business critical initiatives including national and global program roll-outs, organizational change initiatives, start-up functions, and performance improvement projects.
 
In 2011 Terri founded Pathwork Coaching and Consulting and specializes in Executive Coaching and designing learning for online group learning- integrating desktop and mobile technology into the design and delivery of her programs. 
 
Terri resides in Delaware with her husband and three sons.  She is also a certified Svaroopa Foundations Yoga teacher.
