SUSAN SPERO has been an executive coach, organization consultant and manager in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe for over 30 years.  While she has coached and trained employees at all levels in her client organizations, she specializes in working with senior level executives and their top leadership teams.  She believes that continuous people improvement is critical to the success of any organization.

She uses a variety of different assessments in her coaching and team development work, including the Genos Emotional Intelligence tools, the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, the Kepnor-Tregoe Conflict Styles Assessment and the Kolbe Indexes.  She has facilitated a number of strategic planning teams.  Her workshops and keynote speeches cover a wide variety of topics, such as leading organizational change efforts, influence and communication skills, career development and creating a healthy work culture. 

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley.  She has worked with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations that range in size from 5 to 50,000 employees.  Her hobbies include choral singing, photography, and travel.  In addition to English, she speaks French and Spanish.  She has also held a variety of volunteer positions in her community
