Business Background: Before becoming a serial entrepreneur, Sue played a key role as Senior Account Manager at DigitalThink (acquired by Convergys, Inc.), which developed custom web-based learning solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Sue led strategic business relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue under management, and new business development. Prior to that, Sue was a director at Andersen Business Consulting and as a CPA and consultant led finance and accounting initiatives with major corporations in the Philadelphia area. As an entrepreneur, Sue has been a key contributor in a number of leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer for a specialty physician practice and Program Director for The Conference Board, in addition to launching her coaching and consulting practice.
