Shani Magosky.jpg

Shani is a well-rounded executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant, having worked in numerous industries, for venerable institutions and unknown start-ups, in a range of economies from bubble to recession, and in revenue-producing, advisory, and senior managerial roles. She’s also an avid Harley rider, skier, rock climber, and football fan. Such broad experiences enable Shani to help executives and teams achieve “BHAGs” (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).

Beginning her career in Chase Manhattan’s Management Development Program, Shani then joined Goldman Sachs, where she worked for a decade in New York and Chicago analyzing, executing, and marketing deals for a wide variety of companies. Leaving Wall Street in 2004, Shani reinvented herself and became the first General Manager of media start-up Plum TV in Vail, Colo, which was a finalist for the Best Emerging Business Award in its first full year. Her next role was five years as COO/CFO of a marketing company as it transitioned from 20+ years as brick and mortar to an entirely virtual operation.

As an executive coach, Shani is a confidential, objective, and strategic business partner. She’s passionate about making the workplace work better: i.e. more effective leaders, happier/healthier employees, and organizations that ultimately attract, engage, and retain top talent who drive results. She is particularly effective working with clients who are:
•    Transitioning into a recent promotion, new job, or broader leadership role
•    Sparking business growth, innovation, or organizational change
•    Exploring blind spots, hidden challenges, and other obstacles hindering success or relationships
•    Building their professional “brand” of leadership
•    Managing highly-distributed, flexwork, and multi-generational teams
•    Striving to create cultures of alignment, communication, accountability, and engagement
•    Determined to leave their mark and infuse their lives with juicy experiences
