As a Leadership development practitioner Sandy Wright, has nearly twenty years’ experience in designing and facilitating leadership development. She combines a keen knowledge of adult learning principles with a pragmatic approach to what works in corporate settings, having held a number of positions in Organisational and Learning Development in blue chip Australian organisations. She currently leads executive development programs which include facilitated group events and 1:1 coaching for senior executives.
Sandy has demonstrated expertise in end-to-end design of learning solutions and applies creative instructional design interventions and exercises.
She also demonstrates expertise and experience in assisting leaders build their capability in leading cultural transformation and how individuals work both within and on organisational systems and how evolution occurs in building success and sustainability.
She is known for her passionate and no-nonsense approach along with deep and abiding compassion for how people develop. She has approached her career in organisational development with equal doses of idealism, a passion for continuous improvement and practical application.
Her personal philosophy has always been underpinned by a strong belief that every human being is capable of stretching and realising potential.
