Sally has pioneered, designed and delivered high performance leadership development strategies, programs and services effectively enhancing organizational value through meeting, managing and sustaining change. She has partnered with business leaders across organizations, industries and functions to drive and sustain results, integrate organizational development, foster leadership and talent management processes and support culture/change management to achieve high performance culture. Sally has coached leaders, emerging leaders and their teams, including at the highest levels, in the private and public sectors.
Recognized for delivering long-term positive results, she has worked successfully with clients developing and enhancing leadership and influence capabilities, driving strategic change and assisting companies, teams and individuals undergoing significant change perform more effectively. Utilizing a blended consulta-tive/coaching approach, Sally applies experiential/action learning with strong evidence-based (including foundation in neuroscience) and facilitative tools. She also draws from her early sales training and marketing and business background to inform her clients’ perspectives supporting to their fullest potential. Prior to founding two career management consultancies, Sally worked in sales and marketing roles in retail, start-up and financial services industries.
She served on the Board of the Northern New Jersey Association for Training and Development (NNJASTD) and on the Board of Directors YWCA of Bucks County, Wellesley Development & Outreach Council.
