Robin spent her early career helping leaders build trust with the people who matter most to them-- employees, customers, consumers and the public. As a senior client service officer at Interpublic’s premier brand experience agency, Jack Morton Worldwide, she gained deep experience partnering with the C-Suite as well as executives across multiple functions.
She learned from long-term clients Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, McCann, the City of Tianjin, Loral, UBS and MasterCard to be deeply sensitive to corporate culture and its impact on the individual. Her 25 year agency career also taught her the particular demands of a matrix-ed organization, leading cross-functional teams to deliver highly visible programs such as thought leader conferences, employee engagement campaigns, product launches and large scale training projects. These experiences inform her coaching of clients in similarly structured organizations.
Today, as executive coach, facilitator and consultant, Robin blends results-focused pragmatism with a welcoming style, helping clients sharpen performance and navigate effectively within their culture to advance their goals. Her aim is always to strengthen clarity, courage and capacity to lead in this increasingly complex, ambiguous and competitive world.
Robin is a graduate of Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching Program. She earned a B.A. from Trinity College (Connecticut) and an M.A. from NYU. She is mother to Sophia Rose and writes on single parent adoption and transracial family issues.
