Ray is a seasoned senior leader in business development and strategy with extensive accomplishments in profitably growing organizations providing business-to-business solutions.  Ray leverages his over three decades of line management experience with a wide range of Fortune 500 through mid-market organizations to apply a pragmatic, strategic, results oriented approach in partnering with his clients.  He is passionate about identifying the business results and related bottom line impact of his work with the client before entering in to a client engagement.  Ray utilizes his unique skills in listening, coaching, motivating, problem-solving and a positive perspective to help leaders achieve their maximum potential.

Ray built his own consulting firm, The Profit Ability Group, to assist organizations in maximizing their sustainable revenue growth and profitability by providing consulting, coaching, and customized training in business development, strategy, finance, and operations.  Clients have included the largest health care system in the US, several high tech firms, and numerous business-to-business service companies.  Prior to establishing The Profit Ability Group, Ray held the positions of President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer for a Fortune 100 and three of the leading learning and development organizations in the United States.  Professional organizations consistently seek Ray out for his insightful and engaging presentations on making the business case for a wide range of organizational initiatives pertinent to the audience.
