She coaches executives in transition who have been hired or promoted into new roles, are preparing to play more significant roles, or are leading teams through transitions such as mergers, new strategic directions, or changes in business culture.
She has a keen eye for assessing organizational systems and a dynamic approach to assisting leaders in their development and in increasing effectiveness of their teams. To that end she has developed a team alignment focus that improves collaboration to improve results. Patricia’s role as an instructor at graduate institutions has enhanced her skills as an educator and presenter. She has vast experience in large group presentations and corporate symposiums focused on dynamic change in leaders as well as corporate collaboration and accountability. She has spoken and facilitated globally and consulted in international business. For 15 years Patricia was the president of a seminar company and presented worldwide.
