Paola is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designed by The International Coach Federation with over 20 years of corporate and leadership experience. Prior to engaging in coaching and consultancy, she held executive positions in the field of Human Resources in a variety of industries from technology to healthcare, from manufacturing to financial services. Her work has included extensive experience with a wide variety of national and global organizations in the areas of merger & acquisition integrations, organizational design and change management, succession planning and talent development, corporate culture and diversity initiatives. She has worked in Europe and US, and her understanding of varied corporate and national cultures built a solid foundation for her leadership and career coaching.


Since leaving the corporate world, Paola has leveraged that experience to coach emerging HR managers and business leaders in career planning and professional development, managers transitioning their career and international MBA students. She has been able to build an integrated coaching practice based on leveraging years of successful senior leadership experience and various coaching approaches. With extensive experience as an executive, Paola provides value as an intuitive and pragmatic thinking partner, great listener and confidential sounding board, always supporting her clients to gain new awarenesses and learnings, to manage successfully career transitions and to design more effectively their personal and professional relationships. Since becoming a free-lance, she also engaged in training activities about leadership development and communication effectiveness as well as HR consultancy projects and workshops’ facilitation for various organizations.


As a coach she graduated with CoachU and Newfield and she qualified with Six Seconds EI and the Leadership Circle Profile assessment tools. She is also a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and completed a Systemic Coaching and Constellations certification with John Whittington in London, a Somatic Coaching program at Strozzi Institute, CA and a MBSR program in Milan.
