Pam is a certified, executive coach over 25 years of management, marketing and business development experience with Fortune 500 companies. Pam blends her real-life work experience with years of coaching to help relate to the issues that executives/leaders face each day.
Pam starts her coaching engagements by giving two assessments to determine the strengths of her clients. That is the starting point for the relationship. By doing so - people really get to know, understand and own their own personal brand. From that place, Pam and her clients work together to build a development plan to get them to the next level.
In the development plan – they focus on personal branding, intentional relationships and communication skills. She believes that the key to success for executives and leaders lies in making and keeping relationships. She also believes that with increasing incidence of mergers and tight job markets -it is ‘who’ we know and how we manage our stake holders that makes the difference.
Pam is a student of human thought and interaction. Pam uses tools like Realise2, Kolbe, 360s, Genos Emotional Intelligence, and CQ – Change Intelligence to help her clients focus on deepening their skills, improve engagement and productivity. Pam chose to become a coach to make a difference in organizations. Pam enjoys working with teams, giving workshops and public speaking. As she coaches both men and women, Pam feels a passion to help women in leadership.
