Orla Castanien is passionate about helping leaders find their success. Orla believes that enabling clients to step into their strengths and become more of who they already are allows them to become highly effective leaders, resulting in significant positive impact in their organizations and communities.

Orla serves as executive coach and counsel to high-potential employees and C-suite executives alike, enabling her clients to develop their unique style of leadership, create the clarity and focus needed to navigate change, and achieve their success. Orla is also a skilled facilitator working with executive teams to achieve team alignment, resolve conflict and successfully lead their organizations through change.

Having held senior leadership positions in finance, strategic planning, and non-profit administration in both Ireland and the US, Orla has a deep understanding of the need for flexibility, innovation and resilience in today’s leaders. After receiving her consulting training at Deloitte Ireland, she went on to hold senior finance positions within manufacturing and retail, and to lead the finance division of a fast-growing pharmacy group from start-up to international acquisition.  She brought that entrepreneurial experience to the US to work with small business owners, senior executives and government trade organizations, developing innovative marketing and strategic initiatives.

Orla has a keen interest in sustainable international development, having led oversight of humanitarian programs for Rotary International.  As a coach and team facilitator, she brings this passion for sustainable change to her clients, enabling them to achieve the clarity and focus needed to make impactful and long-lasting change.
