Molly brings more than twenty years of experience in learning and development as well as consumer marketing to Karlin Sloan. She currently specializes in coaching and training business executives to optimize their leadership ability by building on their core strengths and talents. In addition to offering customized coaching engagements, Molly leads proprietary programs focused on the following topics: Authentic Leadership, Presenting with Impact, Persuasive Business Writing, and Enhancing Interpersonal Communication.

As VP, Associate Director of Talent Development at Arnold Worldwide, Molly created innovative training seminars, conducted leadership performance coaching and led communication skills workshops. She also worked for two years as a professional communications consultant with Rogen International, conducting management workshops and executive seminars for global clients.

Earlier in her career, Molly focused on strategic brand building and employee development as a marketing professional. She rose to the level of VP, Management Supervisor having worked for Arnold, J. Walter Thompson, DDB and BBDO. Her client experience ranges from packaged goods companies such as Clorox, Frito-Lay and General Mills to real estate and telecommunication giants such as Century 21 and Verizon.
