Miles Kierson has a unique mix of experience, capabilities, and approach that he brings to his clients as well as an inspiring commitment to client results.  He has been a consultant, coach, teacher, provocateur, mentor, advisor and confidant to senior executives in a broad range of industries and company sizes for over three decades, having worked in the energy sector, retail, manufacturing, financial, and other industries in small, medium, and large companies (think Sears, FirstEnergy, Allstate, BP, etc.). 

As a coach, Miles has worked with CEOs, Boards and Board Chairpersons, company presidents, executive directors, CFOs, COOs, vice-presidents senior managers, and high potential managers at all levels.  One CEO, at a board meeting, publicly acknowledged that he had been coached by Miles for several years, recommends him highly, and considers him world-class.  He is authentic, non-judgmental, and non-traditional as a coach, bringing all of his experience and skills and experience to bear in his coaching (just as he brings coaching to his consulting).  His focus in on client leadership capabilities and anything else the client wants to work on, and his clients agree that, more than anything, they become more centered and more themselves as well as having learned skills that were useful in their work and being notably more successful.  Because he has had many occasions to work at different levels in an organization at the same time, he has honed his skills of keeping coaching conversations confidential.

Miles lives in the New York City area and is willing to travel. Most of his coaching has been done on the phone or on skype.
