Michael Sanson is a British Executive Coach who specialises in leadership and team development. He is devoted to supporting individuals, teams and their organisations in clarifying and achieving what is important to them.
Michael has coached corporate and executive clients from all around the world, notably Europe, the United States and Latin America. He is a visiting leadership coach and consultant at INSEAD’s three global campuses. He has also taught leadership coaching at the EGADE Business School in Mexico City and coached at several other top business schools, including Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. Michael works with a range of corporate clients on a variety of executive coaching and team development assignments, and maintains a private practice in which he coaches individuals both in person and virtually. Prior to becoming a coach Michael’s earlier career included spells with Arthur Andersen and Motorola.
Michael relocated to Boston in August 2013 with his multi-cultural family, having been living for the previous 7 years in Mexico City, following on from an 8-year stay in Bern, Switzerland. His wife serves as a career diplomat and they have four sons.
