With over twenty years’ experience as a manager, OD consultant, executive coach and corporate trainer, Mary Jo has partnered with a variety of organizations across industries to reach their strategic objectives by developing leaders and their teams. For the past seventeen years, she has been an executive coach, first internally at Accenture and then externally as an independent. Her forte is coaching results-driven leaders to enhance their performance by sharpening their executive presence, strategic leadership and emotional intelligence.

Mary Jo has coached C-level executives, professional services partners and other senior leaders across industries and functions.  Utilizing an OD systems-thinking approach, she coaches leaders to strengthen their competencies, build organization capability and realize desired business outcomes.  Utilizing an appreciative inquiry approach, she focuses on what is working well for leaders and helps them leverage their unique strengths to maximize productivity.   In addition to 1:1 coaching, she has facilitated numerous “Coaching in the Workplace” workshops.
