Mark uses an integrative approach to coaching that blends his training and experience in business, psychology and career development to help clients maximize individual and team performance. This customized approach involves working collaboratively with leaders to help them navigate complex business environments while identifying and building the core skills necessary to achieve measurable results. During the past fifteen years he has consulted to executives from a wide range of industries, assisting senior and emerging leaders in leveraging their strengths to successfully enhance professional capabilities and personal development.

Drawing on nearly two decades of diverse business experience, Mark has held roles in the investment banking, healthcare, media and non-profit sectors. He also has experience in managing executive learning programs and has led a team of consultants that provides coaching and professional development training to Columbia Business School’s executive MBA programs.

Mark earned his MBA and a certificate in executive coaching from Columbia University. He also holds a PhD in psychology and is a licensed psychologist. He earned a BA with honors from Yale University, where he was a Robert Kiphuth scholar. Mark holds a certificate in organizational consultation and executive coaching from the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research in New York. He serves on the alumni board of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and is a professional development committee member of the MBA Career Services for Working Professionals Alliance.
