As an executive coach and consultant, Mark Cappellino works with leaders who are committed to transforming their organizations by accelerating their impact wherever strategy meets culture. For more than 15 years, he has successfully helped senior executives and their leadership teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia become more effective, strategic leaders.

Mark’s rigorous approach combines extensive training in coaching, organizational psychology, and management with more than 20 years of corporate experience. His style is direct, insightful and, at times, irreverent.

BACKGROUND
In private industry, Mark served with multimillion dollar companies as director of organizational development, vice president of sales and marketing, and business unit leader. Leveraging the insights gained as an executive and manager, he works from a systems perspective to help people enhance their self-awareness and more clearly see the systems in which they work.

ACTIVITIES
Passionate about learning, Mark serves as an executive coach for TED Fellows through the SupporTED program. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM), as well as being a charter member of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO), and a past president of the Tennessee Coaches Alliance.
