Lynne Goldberg.jpg

Lynne is a graduate of IPEC Coaching, a fully accredited coach training. Within three years of certification, she was invited to join Deloitte & Touche—the first external coach to penetrate their internal world of coaching. With no prior experience in the world of professional services, she personally negotiated the highest level of coaching services and salary at Deloitte.

Deloitte’s National Director of HR hired Lynne to service the HR community of 900 people, which led to her working with all the functions and service lines at Deloitte. Within two weeks, Lynne hit the ground running, creating a coaching skills workshop for the HR channel. This workshop and training, which was eventually retooled, was presented––often by Lynne herself ––to Deloitte’s 45,000 employees at all levels. Lynne was the number one requested coach and facilitator at Deloitte. As an independent contractor, she is still hired to provide executive/career coaching and make presentations for Deloitte and can now offer her services to you.

Her most recent creation for Deloitte, called “Thinking Your Way to A Better Career,” rapidly became a highly requested and presentation. It was focused on by Deloitte for a submission to a Global magazine for its cutting edge content. Lynne created, managed and marketed this workshop, which was initially met with resistance as it was “out of the box” for a professional services firm. Using expert negotiation skills, she persuaded Deloitte leadership to give it a run, and it became the number one requested workshop in all of Deloitte. Lynne personally presented this workshop to over 3500 people in 2007.

Since leaving Deloitte full time, Lynne has worked for companies such as AECOM, KRUPP Group,Mediacraft, MetLife, and others doing both Executive and Empowerment Coaching for negotiation and managerial skills as well as a live Emotional Intelligence workshop in Chicago. She presented a Coach Approach training, relying largely on communication and negotiation skills to the Indiana CPA Society in June 09. She has She recently completed a project for a Deloitte global team on virtual teaming and time management in Dallas. She has co-facilitated a 3 day Senior Global Manager/Director workshop for Childfund International, the largest children’s advocacy organization in the world. She has presented communication workshops for BalletMet, a professional ballet company. Lynne is equally passionate with her life coach clients applying many of the same strategies to achieve goals.

In 2006, Lynne received the certification of Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the Internal Coach Federation, the highest degree awarded to coaches.
