Linda possesses a wide range of experience coupled with a natural, interpersonal style that allows her clients to explore their own personal journeys to successful results. She uses over 20 years of Field Sales and Organizational Development corporate experience with The Hershey Company, where she was the first-ever female Director in the sales organization, as a basis for guiding her coaching clients towards unique, "real-world" leadership action plans in concert with their authentic styles. While with Hershey, Linda was named "Diversity Centurion" by Black Engineer Magazine, for assesssing the recruiting and workforce retention issues of females and people of color and establishing the corporation's first Affinity Groups. Her article "Training Sweetens Hershey's Core Business Strategy" was published in Hershey’s Training and Development Magazine.

Since leaving the corporate world, Linda has leveraged that experience to coach executives in raising the bar on their personal performance to better inspire and lead their organizations. She also coaches emerging business leaders in career path planning and professional development, with an emphasis on understanding the unique challenges of female and multicultural clients. She has a passion for helping teams uncover natural talents and find enhanced levels of performance through synergy. Linda's coaching clients include Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Northrop-Grumman, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Verizon, Microsoft, The Hershey Company, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, and High Industries.
