With over 25 years experience developing and leading teams and organizations, Linda has become a thought leader in enhancing organizational effectiveness and individual performance. Whether working with medium, large or small businesses, nonprofits, international organizations or educational institutions, her passion is enabling organizations and individuals to develop strategies built on inspiring visions and inclusive work relationships that result in high performing teams and engaged employees committed to the organization’s success. Linda’s experience spans corporate, higher education and non-profit arenas and the United Nations, where she led multi-country global teams.

Linda’s experience as a university Dean and Academic Vice President, and as CEO of the National Council for Research on Women, a network of 100 research and policy centers with a Corporate Circle of over 35 Fortune 500 companies, enables her to understand and relate to the challenges that executives face and to help them develop new behaviors that can result in emotionally intelligent leadership breakthroughs. This experience has also given her special expertise in working with women leaders at senior executive and middle management levels and with high potentials to recognize their power and build their leadership, confidence, and executive presence, but also capacity for collaboration. Companies she has worked with include Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Pimco, Prudential, Accenture, PWC, Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, PepsiCo and Coca-Cola.

Linda is certified as an Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute. Because of her passion for building and strengthening leadership capacity, she is a faculty member in the NYU Stern School of Business MBA program. She is also an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker and as a thought leader has published and written on challenges and opportunities in a number of work contexts, including the financial services and sciences. Her commentaries have been featured in such media outlets as the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and NBC Today.
