Letizia’s coaching is a rare combination of business pragmatism, creative vision and global mindset. A business executive for 25+ years, Letizia has extensive experience in corporate development, business transformation, strategic alliance creation, and government relations. She has a track record of success in private and public sectors, including global corporations and international agencies in developed countries and emerging economies. In the second half of her career, her interest in the underlying drivers of business success led her to shift from profit center focus to organizational and leadership development, with further personal development in psychology.

Diverse business experience. Letizia’s diverse business experience is the foundation of her results-oriented approach. Her coaching is done within the context of the larger organization, taking into account long-term business goals and strategic direction to ensure the individual is aligned with business needs.

Creative approach. Her intuitive nature is evident in a novel leadership assessment she created in which self-selected images are used to gain deep insights into embedded attitudes and beliefs. Her innovative, psychology-based approach has been shown to increase leaders’ self- awareness by driving deeper thinking and stimulating more open and personal conversations about leadership, creating space for more meaningful individual and team development.

Global mindset. She has designed and delivered coaching programs around the world for executives and leadership teams, drawing on the cultural sensitivity gained from her international experience.

Letizia holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of La Sapienza and a Master of Herbal Medicine from the University of Urbino. She is an International Coach Federation-certified coach, and holds advanced certifications from the Teleos Leadership Institute and in Hogan leadership assessments. She holds a certification in Archetypal Pattern Analysis from the Assisi Institute, and is a member of the CG Jung Foundation and Depth Psychology Alliance. She is a member of the Coaching Tribe at The Honor Foundation, a unique career transition institute for Navy SEALs and Special Operators, and a member of Springboard's Life Science Council, acting as an advisor to their programs.
