Jeff Radtke is a senior level coach and organization development advisor.

For 25 years Jeff has fulfilled the role of wise counsel and confidant to senior leadership and their teams.  Jeff specializes in supporting executives in being Conscious Leaders and bringing Conscious Leadership to their teams and companies.  In his roles as coach, facilitator and consultant, Jeff partners with senior leaders in clarifying and articulating their vision for their organization, and translating that vision into tangibly potent results.

Jeff has developed his mastery in guiding Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 high-potential leaders through the often challenging transition from highly talented producer/expert to respected charismatic leader.  His years of training, keen insight and leadership expertise, has been a rich resource for many leaders moving into greater roles of responsibility.

A partial list of his industry leadership coaching includes financial services, pharmaceuticals & medical products, medical manufacturing, major utilities, banking, hospital, insurance, and engineering industry owners, CEOs, executives and high-potentials, rapidly growing not-for-profit founders, and business start-up partners.

With over 25 years experience as an executive, Jeff knows the opportunities and challenges faced by ‘corner office’ leaders.  As a senior leader in a $600 million organization or as an owner of his own manufacturing business he is well aware of what it takes to keep teams consciously focused and motivated, nurture and retain high-potential leaders, and at the end of the day be the final decision maker.   He has held senior positions in a variety of industries from healthcare to construction, from manufacturing to the service sector.  He is especially passionate about what it takes to create and sustain results-producing-playful cultures, top-notch collaborative teams, and a steady stream of powerfully conscious leadership succession.
His own experience as a leader/owner has included

  • Owner/CEO, manufacturing
  • VP, healthcare conglomerate
  • EVP construction industry
  • E.D., not-for-profit sector
  • VP, home healthcare products and services industry

Most executives have figured out how to be successful – how to win at work.  What has proven more elusive for many is how to also be consciously and intentionally satisfied and fulfilled.  Jeff is passionately interested in the questions and conversations that lead us beyond mere winning and success.  To create a life that is satisfying, fulfilling and successful is an extraordinary pursuit.  One that requires being awake.  One of his favorite quotes regarding this issue is by the author, philosopher and theologian, Howard Thurman, which goes like this, Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs are people who have come alive. And when we as leaders are fully alive then those around us thrive.  That is when anything truly is possible.
