Jeannette Lang holds post graduate qualifications in Human Resources and has over 20 years’ experience across all areas of Human Resources, Organisational Development, Change Management, Learning and Employee Relations. Jeannette has worked both nationally and internationally across 14 industries (Oil and Gas, Health, Infrastructure, Facilities Management, Construction, Retail, Road, Rail, Transport, Mining Water and Electrical utilities, manufacturing and services) in highly complex environments and is an accredited business coach and counsellor.
Jeannette has held senior management and executive positions such as Head of the Services Group and CEO of the RTO for an international Services company employing 30,000 people and 20,000 contractors, National Manager of Human Resources for a Construction company employing 10,000 people and Senior Human Resources Manager in a Manufacturing Organisation employing 4.000 people. Over 20 years Jeannette has been involved in over 200 company start-ups, transition projects, joint venture set ups and mergers and acquisitions.
Recently she has completed a role as GM people at the Telecommunications industry, a 3.5-year contract as a Commissioner and Board Member of the Victorian Government Skills Commission which manages all workforce participation, training and education issues across the state of Victoria, a contract role as the change lead for the build of the new Royal children’s hospital, the largest paediatric hospital in the southern hemisphere.
Jeannette is a licensee of the Business Acumen Gauge a multi rater assessment tool for measuring business acumen, a senior consultant partner to a number of boutique consultancy business’s ( PW consulting, HR partners, CMS, MTT and Ambition gender diversity and is a Director of Productive People and Peppermint consultancy business’s which focus on coaching, change, leadership and HR/Learning strategic consultancy.
