Janine Schindler.jpg

Janine is a Master Certified Coach and leadership development facilitator. Her intuition, integrity, and expertise, accompanied by a sense of humor, enable her to be an effective catalyst for professional and personal growth. She says, “I love to help clients unleash their potential through coaching and training, supporting them in each of their goals—watching them win the gold while I cheer from the stands!”
Janine quickly establishes rapport with her clients and then generates insights by encouraging solution-focused conversations. Her experience and training that focuses on brain-based leadership, positive psychology, and systems and change theories uniquely benefits her clients. She has worked with many industries including: financial, insurance, global consulting, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and media.
Janine specializes in working with executives and organizations in areas such as team building, cross-culture, cross-generational and communication. She delivers initiatives across all organization levels, nationally and internationally, from high-growth companies to Fortune 500 companies. Janine’s clients include the C-Suite and Senior Executives who want immediate impact and sustained results, as well as high-potentials to develop the next generation of leaders.
Janine’s expertise comes from her experience working for: global consulting firms as a Practice Leader (Interim and IMI now Ajilon) and Business Development Director (Hunter Green Associates) servicing the world’s largest banks and brokerage houses (NY Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, and others); manufacturing (Goodyear, Newell-Rubbermaid, Tetra Pak, Teleflex); telecom (NYNEX now Verizon); media (Nelson Media, ABC Broadcasting); and IT development firms (Oracle). She has also worked for the cosmetics industry (Estee Lauder, Revlon); construction (Skanska); and insurance (TIAA_CREF, NY Life). Her background also includes designing trading systems (Bloomberg), developing sales and marketing campaigns (Gemini and Hunter Green Associates), and her early years were spent as an engineer designing highway traffic control systems while teaching computer science at Queens College. Janine has retained the disciplines of scientific inquiry learned on the way to degrees in mathematics and computer science —intellectual diligence and a quest for the most reliable data. In combination with her natural, seemingly endless curiosity, the result is her inquisitiveness; a key strength for a coach.
Janine has served as an instructor and R&D team member of New York University’s Coaching Certificate Program and has since created the High Impact Coaching™ Certificate Program for two colleges within the City University of New York. She serves on the International Coach Federation’s global independent ethical review board and as a coaching examiner for Columbia University.
She writes articles about coaching and leadership development for professional organizations and shares her extensive knowledge on subjects related to the workplace with “ABC World News This Morning,” The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. Janine was named “Woman of the Year” for 2010–2011 by the National Association of Professional Women and registered as a Woman of Outstanding Leadership in 2014 by The International Women’s Leadership Association.
