Janet has been working with, and consulting to, organisations for over thirty years. She was the co-founder and Managing Director of the award winning change agency InterAction. She created Connexions Performance Coaching at the beginning of 2008. Connexions is a company which focuses on leadership performance and the impact of leaders on their organisation.
Janet has coached senior executives and leadership teams in a wide range of industries, including media, retail, fmcg, financial services and banking, distribution, telecoms, petrochemicals and NCOs. She has designed and delivered highly successful leadership development programmes in many cultures, including Europe, the US, Latin America, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, India and Indonesia. She has partnered colleagues from many educational institutions, including the Harvard Business School and INSEAD to deliver ground- breaking programmes for deepening leadership development and delivering breakthrough business results.
Janet has successfully coached and delivered leadership development to some of the most deeply cynical and demanding groups of leaders, winning respect from six-figure earning sales executives, investment bankers, and senior ranking officers in the military. She spent thirteen years as Managing Director of InterAction, a change agency which she co-founded and led to great success. In 2006, InterAction won the Guardian Award for the Best Change Project, for the hugely successful Living Service project for Tesco.
She has worked with clients all over the world, including with Unilever, BT, Save the Children, ANZ, Fortis, Accenture, BP, Novartis and Yahoo!.
