Graham is an Executive Coach with a focus on leadership development, team performance, and talent management. He draws on his understanding of how people behave and organizations operate to help them see new and better ways to work.
Graham has over 25 years commercial experience in engineering, community services, and training & development in Australia. Initially trained as an electrical engineer, he gained experience in project management, strategic planning, and supervision of diverse teams. He served as State Manager for a community services group, developing and implementing community programs for families and youth. With the appointment to the role of National Training Manager, Graham developed leadership strategies for the organization and implemented programs for coaching senior leaders.
With over nine years’ experience as an Executive Coach, Graham’s style is personal, practical, and results-oriented. He strives to build an environment of high trust where the leader is empowered to reflect deeply, see complexity in new ways, and develop internal strengths to achieve personal and professional goals. He is able to draw on evidence-based behavioral change tools and processes to support and ensure the leader’s success. Additionally, Graham is experienced and adept at facilitating the relational tension from uncertain or conflicted situations into cooperative teamwork and high performance.
