Gerson Correia, B.S. degree in Psychology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica – São Paulo (PUC-SP) followed by a specialization course in Business Administration/Management at Pace University (NY), in addition to several courses at the New York University and Esalen Institute (USA). After working for 13 years (always in human resources related functions) at CPFL, CESP, SENAC and Grupo Zahran (Copagaz, Rede Matogrossense de TV e Copaza), Gerson began his career as a Consultant in 1988 at Senso (an Executive Search Firm); subsequently joining DBM

(Brazil), where he worked until 2005, when he left to form Talent Solution, with three other partners.
As a Human Resources Consultant he has had the opportunity to work in practically all functional areas and business segments, mainly at the Director/CEO levels; focusing on search, counseling, coaching, outplacement and assessment projects. Gerson led projects in the Technology and Telecommunications segments, Informatics, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Chemical/Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Agribusiness, Retail, Energy, Metallurgy, Industrial, Consultancy Firms, and Media & Entertainment, among others.

He is certified in the LPA – Launch Pad Analysis, MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Hogan assessment system.
