Over the last 7 years, Erik has coached a wide range of individuals from C-suite to high potential leaders. He also has expertise in leadership program design, teaching, and team facilitation. Erik has worked with diverse clients such as Citibank, Cornell University, Dell, Google, Microsoft, Monadnock Hospital, Panalpina, and Yahoo! His business experience stems from a twenty-four year career in consumer banking at Citibank, in the United States and Latin America, where he specialized in strategic planning, new business development, and business turnarounds. He culminated his business career with roles as CFO in Venezuela and Country Business Manager in Panama.
