Douglas is an Executive Coach, Senior Organizational Consultant, and Experienced Leader.   

Coaching Experience:  Douglas has extensive practical knowledge, skills and expertise in identifying and implementing strategies for enhancing individual performance and effectiveness, which have been developed from years of coaching, consulting and senior leadership experience.
Douglas brings to his coaching engagements the advantage of having over 25 years of management experience across a wide range of industries.  This is coupled with extensive formal education and training in the foundations of coaching and consulting. He has successfully worked with many senior leaders and key performers over the years and can easily relate to and understand the experiences of the individual he is working with to help uncover pragmatic, proven options and solutions to moving forward. 
He is a highly regarded in the field of leadership, enhancing interpersonal skills and helping individuals successfully manage careers.  He has also successfully coached/facilitated literally hundreds of manager groups, ranging from senior leaders to emerging supervisors across the full suite of leadership development topics and in the area of organizational effectiveness.  
Business/Organizational Leadership Experience:  In addition to his over 15 years in the coaching  field, Douglas enjoyed a career of progressively more responsible senior human resource leadership positions, including heading up human resources for organizations with in excess of 8,000 employees and with operations in the US, Europe and the Asia/Pacific arenas.   Companies have included such firms as Rockwell International, Ingersoll-Rand Company, Federated Department Stores, Korf Industries, and Bojangles Inc.
