Story: Throughout the majority of my career I worked in the upstream international oil and gas industry and spent 15 years resident overseas. It was and exciting and rewarding experience. When I first brought my operational expertise to my consultancy I discovered that companies were more interested in affecting behavior-based performance to achieve success. Leadership is about achieving results through others. Through my association with RAC, they have given me the training and resources to help others achieve success more effectively. As your executive coach I share these career experiences and behavioral based learning to help others advance their careers, visionary insights, and leadership effectiveness.
Coaching Approach: My approach to coaching comes from our inside-out method. Although there are many tools and coaches use to profile characteristics, behaviors, and other I believe that the most effective approach involves three areas: self-evaluation, 360° feedback, and your executive's objectives. With this information we are able to explore a personal and professional approaches to overcoming challenges and building on your strengths. It is a systematic method that is tailored to meet your needs. The key to success will be identifying one to three categories for development and then create a goal setting process which encompasses a 70-20-10 development path. We will build the solution development approach together in line with your motivation as it is not the coach's plan but your plan for success. My job is to help you achieve that success effectively.
Business Background: I have over 30 years executive leadership experience in the worldwide oil and gas industry including 14 years resident overseas. My career encompasses results based engineering, project management, commercial management, technology development, strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
