Charles, president and founder of Ordeim Consulting, is a management consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness.  He has extensive knowledge and practical application experience in the areas of change management, team building, management development, training, continuous improvement, and project management.

An expert in the strategic and tactical application of change management to enterprise-wide improvement initiatives such as IT installations, cultural transformation, productivity & quality outcomes, continuous improvement, and shared services, Charles routinely works with the executive leadership of an organization to define their vision, develop their strategic agenda, and establish their alignment and commitment to change.  Once this is accomplished, he develops a network of sponsors, change agents, and champions throughout the levels of the organization to surface resistance, develop commitment, and sustain the change.

His work with Fortune 500 organizations includes developing strategy and following through on tactical plans to comprehensively build organizational adoption to new processes, systems, tools, and cultural dynamics. Charles is particularly adept at increasing organizational effectiveness through building functionally strong teams that innovate, problem solve, and implement solutions.  He achieves this by helping his clients to turn strategy into actionable steps using team building tools and methodologies. From developing leadership change and implementing work flow improvements within the hospital operations of large HealthCare systems, to managing large scale reengineering projects comprised of information system installations, to the design and implementation of client innovations to market, sell, and inventory their products, Charles has experience in working with the unique needs of a vast array of clients.

Charles has a degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, 20+ years of business experience, and 13 years of management consulting experience.  He is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and presenter and is certified in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)--a tool for diagnosing individual and team thinking preferences and improving business effectiveness. In addition to training change management methodologies, team building processes, and continuous improvement systems, he has facilitated groups that range in size from small team improvement initiatives to national sales meetings.  During his career, Charles has presented ideas and influenced change through upper, middle, and line management.

With his technical background, practical experience in working with change-resistant organizations, and ability to effectively identify, strategize, and execute plans for adopting to change, Charles is uniquely qualified to help organizations implement their solutions for improvement.
