Carrie has a passion for helping her executive clients exceed their own expectations and expand their leadership capacity.  Carrie is known for having a style that is direct, while at the same time empowering and supportive.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Carrie spent 17 years in marketing and sales. She began her career at Leo Burnett in account management and transferred her strong leadership, communication and sales skills to an 11 year career in publishing at Time Inc.  Most notably, Carrie was the Midwest Director for Corporate Sales & Marketing in Chicago before relocating to the Bay Area to become the Northwest Sales Director for FORTUNE Magazine where she received national recognition for her sales and leadership achievements. 

Carrie’s client base represents a broad range of industries and includes companies such as American Express, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo, Gap Inc., McKesson Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Time Inc. and Tory Burch.  In addition to her one-on-one executive coaching work, Carrie trains both small and large groups in skills such as emotional intelligence, conflict management, leadership, consultative selling and teamwork.
