Bob is an experienced business executive and management consultant. He focuses on driving enterprise solutions translating to competitive advantage, top line results and increased profitability. His experience and practical approach as a management consultant is unique in that he has a broad background in executive, middle and line management, organization development and change management, communications, project management and “hands-on” implementation. Bob is passionate about, and is regarded as an expert in, all facets of design and implementation of Talent Management & Succession Planning Systems.

Bob built his own consulting firm, Packard Consulting, where he served a variety of clients from startups to Fortune 100 in a number of different industry sectors for more than ten years. Prior to joining Edwards and Associates, Bob served as Principal Consultant for the Western Region with Linkage Incorporated, an international consulting firm. At Linkage he provided customized talent management, leadership development and strategic change solutions that included and integrated consulting, training, assessment, coaching, benchmark research and project management. Bob’s corporate management experience includes first level, middle and executive positions in customer service, information technology and human resources with Xerox, the world's leading document management technology and services enterprise.
