Barbra’s executive coaching work with leaders includes sharpening leadership and management capacities as well as supporting leaders during a significant change initiative, reorganization or a transition into a new or expanded role. Her approach to coaching is highly customized to each of her clients and often involves a focus on increasing their agility as strategic thinkers and communicators, building and strengthening superior staffs, and cultivating work environments that attract top-notch talent.
Along with her work in executive coaching, Barbra consults with leadership teams and other groups who want to improve their alignment and their capacity to produce strong business results. Her clients represent a range of industries including many of the nation’s top companies, including Barclays Global Investors, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, Genentech/Roche, and Sandia National Laboratories.
Barbra has served as an adjunct faculty member at Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico and is a past President of the New Mexico Chapter of the International Coach Federation. Her background includes corporate roles in consulting and business development in the advertising and information technology arenas. Barbra has supplemented her formal education with training in leadership and organizational development through a variety of institutions including the NTL Institute in Washington, D.C. and the Center For Creative Leadership.
