Barbara is an executive coach and consultant with Sloan Group International providing executive development coaching, organization development, account management and process improvement services to Fortune 500 clients. She is recognized for her expertise in focusing on relevant information to simplify complex issues and delivers pragmatic solutions to maximize client resources.

Barbara serves as executive coach to C-Suite and senior executives in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, hospitality and financial services industries and has mediated numerous conflict interventions at senior organizational levels. She facilitates executive team alignments that foster high performance teamwork, effective communication, and presence-based leadership. She also delivers client services that require proficient analytical skills, such as post-acquisition “lessons learned” projects, skill competency modeling, change management and transition leadership. Barbara has served as an indispensable resource on reengineering methods, organizational redesign to support robust processes, and the strategic use of information technology.

Barbara has coached executives in CEO, CIO, Chief of Staff, and other C-suite roles. She has coached them in areas including emotional intelligence, resilient leadership, strategic planning and implementation, and has actively led skill competency modeling, process reengineering, and information systems planning initiatives at their request. She has also supported these roles in assessing, developing and coaching their teams. Her pre-consulting corporate positions included leadership in process reengineering, corporate information services, strategic systems planning, and mortgage servicing operations. She has led transition initiatives for numerous mergers and acquisitions, acting as project manager for systems integration, organizational restructuring, and skill-competency modeling initiatives.
