Audrey Rieland is the Client Development Director for Sloan Group International, having joined the team in May of 2017. She handles existing account management and new business development for the company and enjoys supporting SGI’s mission of developing leaders in an ever-changing world.
For more than 20 years, Audrey’s ability to connect and build meaningful long-term relationships has been the mainstay of her success in client development, consulting, and volunteerism. She is a passionate, natural connector and life-long learner who loves bringing people together for their mutual benefit.
Audrey has a strong background in Financial Services having focused on consultative sales, account management, training and consulting with Fortune 500 companies. While working in those capacities, she developed deep Treasury/Payment Technology expertise while learning the ins and outs of managing global enterprise accounts. Audrey’s diverse business experience includes: driving new enterprise relationships in green field territories, developing and delivering working capital sales training, managing multi-billion dollar portfolios for enterprise banking clients, launching new product lines including training and marketing, and providing analysis for sales operations.
Personally, Audrey is a leader in her community, connecting and encouraging businesses and parents to become more involved in supporting their community school district. She was instrumental in mobilizing her local school board to embrace social media and technology to increase awareness, involvement and ultimately more funding for schools. Audrey sits on the D230 curriculum committee and is working toward bringing resilience training and assessments to both teachers and students. Audrey is currently based just outside Chicago, where she and her husband and two children enjoy the forested hills and trails of Palos Park, after spending many hours at the baseball and softball fields.
