Coaching Speciality: I train and coach senior executives, managers, startup founders and entrepreneurs of many nationalities and from all walks of life. Individuals who are powerful, inspiring and asking what's next? C-suite coachees are typically people who have achieved success through their mastery of management, financial and technical skills and who are now finding that those skills are not enough to take them to the next level. Middle management coachees, typically in their 30's, are seeking to understand how to take their lives and careers to the next level. Early management coachees are typically people grappling with the challenge of becoming inspiring leaders. The industries I work best with are those with international activities and a diverse workforce and client base. Clients have included large organizations around the world, in finance, banking, manufacturing and technology.

Story: 15 years ago, halfway through my career, I had a dream that profoundly marked me. I was on a busy street in a financial district like New York or Singapore. Executives in suits and ties were waiting for me to help them cross the road. That was my job. Helping people cross from the left side of the road to the right side. At the time, I was building my company and planning for an exit. The dream did not relate to anything I was doing. But it felt important. As the years went by, I began to see that it related to helping people move from the left brain focused Information Age, to the much more creative and intuitive age that we are now moving into. After I sold my business in 2007, I discovered that what I loved the most was seeing people that had worked for me become successful C-level executives. I discovered a love for coaching others and embarked on this new career.

Coaching Approach:  I focus on holistic and integral coaching. My work covers all aspects of the coachees life, including professional, personal and creative. I see much value in the crossover benefits of addressing issues in all of these areas, and how each area can impact the others.

Business Background:  I have lived and worked across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I spent 30 years building technology companies, before becoming a coach and mentor to CEO’s around the world. I created a tech startup on the French Riviera, which grew to become a 30-country organization. Along the way, I faced disruption in markets, technology, shareholders, management and key staff. I have made major life changes, moving from the US to Europe (2 years in Italy and 18 years in France) and then from Europe to Asia (10 years in Singapore, which is now home). I have switched careers multiple times, from programmer to tech entrepreneur to executive coach and mentor. Each change required me to start over again as an apprentice. A lifelong experience with change, uncertainty and disruption has developed into a deep passion for helping individuals and companies discover their inner resilience.
