As an executive coach, Andrew specialises in high potential leaders who want to unlock their emotional intelligence and take responsibility for their future performance and career direction. Andrew works with leaders in a variety of industry sectors but enjoys supporting leaders who need to work out effective coping strategies in complex stakeholder environments.
Andrew started his career working in the utilities sector in business planning and moved into commercial management roles before deciding to develop his career in the human capital consulting sector. Andrew worked for Norman Broadbent as a management consultant and then spent six years with Spencer Stuart working with international boards across the world. In 2003 he joined the Board of a boutique leadership consulting firm gaining exposure to a wide range of public and private companies. He is experienced in supporting and challenging CEOs in the building of high performance teams and this starts with the CEO taking responsibility for their own personal development.
Andrew takes a coactive approach to coaching focusing on the whole human being, creating purpose and stretch life goals that aid the executive to fulfill their potential both in work and their personal lives. He believes in using a wide range of self-discovery tools and encouraging coachees to practice self-leadership throughout the engagement. Based in London, Andrew works internationally with a wide range of clients who are willing to be courageous and open to new ideas regarding their personal journey.
