Alisa is an executive coach who works with executives and high potential leaders to help them create positive, permanent shifts in their leadership impact and the results they achieve. Her clients have included senior executives and emerging leaders in high tech, financial services, bio-tech and consumer goods, media, and professional services. Through coaching, executives experience more vitality and satisfaction as they move forward faster, and this energy transfers to the people around them. Alisa helps her clients understand their styles and their impact. She provides practical tools and serves as a thought partner to support the challenging process of change.
Prior to becoming a coach, Alisa was Vice President at two high-tech companies, CFO of a start-up company, and a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Monitor Group. Alisa is known for her high energy and results-oriented approach. She was selected as one of the Top 10 Coaches in Boston by Women’s Business, which called her “absolutely brilliant.”
Alisa guest lectures at Harvard University and Cornell University as well as in the Naval War College’s accelerated leadership program. She is a coach for the Linkage Global Institute for Leadership Development and for political leaders at the Center for Inclusive Security at Harvard University. Alisa has been quoted in publications such as the New York Times, the Wall St. Journal, and various other regional and national business publications. She serves on the President’s Council of Cornell Women and on the Coaching Task Force at the Center for Public Leadership, Harvard University.
