Coaching Speciality: Alexandra is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Coach Mentor (CCM), with more than 1.500 hrs in executive coaching with C-levels, Directors and Managers, with assessment expertise. She has worked for more than 22 years in Counseling, Training, Behavioral Change and Career and Talent Management. She started her career in the public service (Health and Employment) and since 2007 her work has been focused on corporate and executive coaching, behavioral training and talent and leadership

development. She's been also working as a trainer and mentor of other coaches worldwide.

Alexandra founded her own coaching and leadership development firm 7 years ago, and at the same time she has been partnering with big consultancy firms, enhancing talent, culture and employees engagement, through creative, thought-provoking and business result focus processes in many different industries. Since 2015 she is also the Executive Director for a non-profit international association that promotes intercultural and organizational work and research.

Alexandra is also an author and a researcher, because she has the belief that reflection and research-based work should be holding hands with action. She always lived as Portuguese, studied as German and she is a professional in the World, having, in the last years, specialized herself in intercultural leadership. Her fascination with change and integration ability in the development of human potential led her to work with Global Leaders, which is currently the art and science of her projects.
